I, Daniel Reyes, declare as follows:

1. I cannot make a 5:00 p.m. exchange because my work ends at 5:30 p.m.

1. My work ends at 5:30 p.m. I offered Wednesday exchanges as an alternative and have not received a response.

2. Our written agreement sets the exchange time at 6:00 p.m. That arrangement has worked since we signed it.

2. Our January 12 written agreement sets exchanges at 6:00 p.m. I ask that this time remain in place so I can arrive after work.

3. We confirmed the exchange time in writing.

3. On January 12, Claire wrote, “Yes, 6 p.m. works. Let’s keep that time.” A true and correct copy of our exchange is attached as Exhibit A.

4. My work ends at 5:30 p.m. in Van Nuys. The drive to the exchange point takes approximately forty minutes.

5. I offered Wednesday exchanges as an alternative. I have not received a response to that proposal.

6. The 6:00 p.m. exchange time in our January 12 written agreement has worked since we signed it.

7. I ask the court to keep the existing exchange time so I can arrive after work.
