Understand the offer before enrollment

The planned offer is $45 per month with a card-required 14-day trial. The trial automatically converts unless canceled before it ends. Requesting early access does not create a paid account or start that trial. Included document, voice, research and storage allowances are still being defined and must be explained before you subscribe.

Keep outside costs separate

Court filing fees, process servers and separately engaged professionals are outside the subscription. Fee-waiver information and supported preparation belong in the planned workflow before eligible court-cost payment, but the court decides the request. Ordinary user-file export remains part of the direction, while extra administrative assistance and professional review require their own service terms and pricing.

Your decisions

You stay in control

Fee-waiver help concerns eligible court costs. It does not waive the CourtAhead subscription, and the court decides the request.

Common questions

Does requesting access start a trial?

No. It lets us contact you about enrollment. A trial starts only when you enroll under the presented subscription terms and provide a payment card.

Does a court fee waiver cover the subscription?

No. Court fee waivers concern eligible court costs. They do not waive CourtAhead’s subscription or automatically cover every outside service.
