1. I cannot make a 5:00 p.m. exchange because my work ends at 5:30 p.m.

2. Our written agreement sets the exchange time at 6:00 p.m. That arrangement has worked since we signed it.

2. Our January 12 written agreement sets exchanges at 6:00 p.m. I ask that this time remain in place so I can arrive after work.

4. My work ends at 5:30 p.m. in Van Nuys. The drive to the exchange point takes approximately forty minutes.

5. I offered Wednesday exchanges as an alternative. I have not received a response to that proposal.

6. The 6:00 p.m. exchange time in our January 12 written agreement has worked since we signed it.

7. I ask the court to keep the existing exchange time so I can arrive after work.

I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true and correct.
