CourtAhead is in development. Early-access requests are open, starting with California family court in Los Angeles.
Will I be charged when I request access?
No. Your request lets us contact you about access. It does not create a paid account or start a trial.
When does the free trial begin?
Not when you request access. The 14-day trial starts only when you enroll in a subscription and provide a payment card. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to $45 per month. Your first charge starts the first paid month, and the checkout will show the exact date and renewal terms before you consent.
Are there usage limits?
Document, voice, research and storage allowances are still being defined. We’ll explain the included allowances before you subscribe.
Are court and outside-service fees included?
No. Court fees and charges from outside providers, such as process servers, are separate. Fee-waiver information is provided before eligible court-cost payments.
Is attorney handover included?
Yes. A basic handover with your case summary, strategy and selected records is included. Additional assisted handover is a separate service, with pricing to be announced. An attorney’s own fees are separate.
Can you help me apply for a court fee waiver?
Fee-waiver help is part of the planned workflow: check possible eligibility, prepare the request and follow the court’s decision. The submission route depends on launch coverage and the court. The court decides which fees it waives. A court fee waiver covers eligible court costs, not the CourtAhead subscription. For help now, read our free guide.
Can I get additional help?
Optional administrative assistance and professional review are still being defined. Details and any separate prices will be provided when those services are available.
Can I bring an existing case?
Yes. Bring your existing papers, evidence and goals to continue the work on a case already underway.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel during the trial to prevent the first charge. After the trial, cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid month. The cancellation route will be shown before you subscribe.
